PD Technologies, LLC is a wide format printer specializing in the printing of unique promotional and architectural graphics. Common items include Banners & Posters, as well as the use of assorted vinyl adhesives, but also includes printing direct to various solid substrates – foam, wood, plastics, acrylic, and aluminum. In addition, we print using dye-sublimation to a variety of polyester fabrics.

PD Technologies (PDT) has been serving commercial and retail clients since 2013. The company currently works from a 5,800 square-foot warehouse in Kaka’ako, near Ala Moana Shopping Center. PDT maintains a commitment to providing its 14+ employees with the highest quality in materials and technology available in the industry today.

PD Technologies owns an Océ Colorado 1650 roll-to-roll machine and an Océ Arizona 2280GT flatbed printer, both award-winning technologies featuring UV systems of ink. They simply are the best machines used in wide format display graphics today. 

No more trade-offs between image quality and speed. Our equipment produces superb image detail, smooth color transitions and vivid, uniform, solid colors for closely-viewed signage and POP materials. We can achieve amazing results whatever the media or application.

The Océ Arizona 2280 GT prints directly to a multitude of 4x8’ substrates up to 1.75 inches thick. It has the capability of printing with white ink – this allows us the ability to print on clear substrate and media used in backlit and interior mount applications. This machine has a roll media option allowing us the ability to print on roll-to-roll graphics up to 86” wide.

The Océ Colorado 1650 allows us to print with matte or gloss finish immediately - no ink changing. It is the fastest roll printer on the market today. The machine not only saves us in printing time, but its ease of maintenance and automated operation, provide improved efficiency and cost effectiveness over other printers. Matte or Glossy ink finish can be specified on demand and on-line changing between 2 pre-loaded media types make the system ready for high-speed production.

The DGI FT-3204X printer is designed for the 10 foot dye-sublimation market. The machine can print to transfer paper or direct to fabric as the application requires. It is designed for speed and reliability in the production of SEG fabric signage, backlit signage, trade show displays, flags, backdrop graphics and textiles. We offer full-service finishing on all printed graphics.

Cutters

As the world's fastest, most precise cutting system, let your creativity run free. PDT uses 2 CNC cutters that offer tremendous versatility in cutting options. The Swiss-made Zund G3 L-2500 can cut materials up to 2 inches thick. The AXYZ Trident 4010 allows us to cut over 7 inches thick, including aluminum up to 1/2" inch thick. Both machines offer all the tools you need for cutting and routing any shape over several materials, including rigid, flexible, or structural media.

The Summa S Class vinyl cutter is a solid production machine featuring reliability and speed in producing highly accurate graphics. The machine features solid physical construction and provides highly accurate cutting over several media types. This cutter is a work-horse machine necessary in any high-volume production environment.
